  10. off your Amiga and dance in the last
  11. success of Gala! The 2nd choice is to
  12. close your eyes and try to find out
  13. who the girl is who has put her hands
  14. in front of your eyes :) OK!! It's
  15. time to start this article but 1st! I
  16. want to thanks my family and all my
  17. friends! (Hi Mum, Daddy, my sister and
  18. brothers! I'm writing a article for a
  19. mag! Incredible, isn't it?).

  21. Well, this article is about the Amiga
  22. parties! Then.... What's an Amiga
  23. party? That's a good question!
  24.  
  25. So.... An Amiga is a computer and... A
  26. party is a big hall full of crazy guys
  27. ;)

  29. Stay calm! Everybody knows what an
  30. Amiga party is with all its events and
  31. fun! But can you think af an idea of a
  32. new kind of Amiga party? One that will
  33. be different and perhaps better?!
  34.  
  35. So! I've some ideas of new kind of
  36. parties! My first idea is.... To
  37. create a Universal party!
  38.  
  39. This idea comes from when I was
  40. watching the Olympic Games on my Sony
  41. TV! What a so cool idea to do the same
  42. things as those Athletes! It will be a
  43. great idea to create a party like the
  44. Olympic Games! Just imagine the name:
  45. THE DEMOLYMPIC PARTY!!

  47. The subject will be to release the
  48. most important party events every
  49. fourth years! The events will be like
  50. the ones at all common Parties: Demo,
  51. Intro, Gfx, amd Music competitions!
  52. But only 1 Demo for 1 Country!
  53.  
  54. Yes! Before the DEMOLYMPIC, each
  55. country chooses it's best group that
  56. will be the most active & talentous
  57. one! Hard choice but it will be the
  58. rules! About the intro compos: Same
  59. thing as the demos except that the
  60. group will not necessarilly be the
  61. same!

  63. The Gfx compos will be different... We
  64. admit 5 graphicians for each country,
  65. but each graphician must present 2
  66. different kinds of Gfx for the compo
  67. and also 1 realtime Gfx! What's a
  68. realtime Gfx? It's of course a Gfx
  69. done at the party place with a theme
  70. and 5 phases of the work! Hard but it
  71. will be the only way to have real
  72. artists!

  74. Another Gfx compo will be the paper
  75. Gfx 1 Hour Compo! Only real paper
  76. artist will be admitted!

  78. The music compo will be like the
  79. graphics compo but only 4 channels for
  80. each competitor (with Protracker
  81. only!).

  83. 2 different kinds of music for each
  84. musician and also a realtime music
  85. compo, but this one with only the same
  86. samples for all the musicians! Each
  87. musician will have a theme
  88. (Rock,Techno or Classic!) and will use
  89. the same samples!

  91. The prices will be .... medals like on
  92. the Olympic Games! 3 winners for gold,
  93. silver or bronze! Nothing else or if
  94. some sponsors will be there, those
  95. sponsors will also give some prizes to
  96. the winners and all the other
  97. competitors!

  99. The party place will be different
  100. every 4th year! Of course... Other
  101. competitions will be found for this
  102. event but with the same rules as the
  103. other compos! We never find 40 groups
  104. of one country against 10 of another!
  105. So... This is my 1st idea!

  107. The 2nd idea is to create a party on
  108. the internet world!!! Just imagine 1
  109. or 2 millions of visitors for a
  110. party!! The name of this party will
  111. be: Party net show!!!

  113. The best thing will be the entry price
  114. of the party! TOTALLY FREE coz you
  115. will stay at home! :)

  117. The party will start with a web page
  118. totally done by the organisers and on
  119. it you will find all the events of a
  120. normal party! The most important rules
  121. of this party will be the time! Then
  122. you will have only a short time to
  123. release your project (Demo, Gfx,...)
  124. and to put it on the party net page!
  125. After this...Various guys selected all
  126. around the World will be the jury and
  127. the results will be really fast! The
  128. prizes will be free internet access
  129. for one year! ;)

  132. world!

  134. Well... Now you have some ideas for a
  135. new kind of future for the Amiga
  136. scene! Then... My last words will be:
